SPECIAL DINING OPTIONS

ARGYLL CHEF’S TABLE. Local chef David Anderson will come to Home Farm and cook and serve dinner for you using a range of sustainable produce. Bread with wild garlic butter, Isle of Mull scallops, Argyll venison (with a mustard from Arran), sea buckthorn sorbet …. Guests have loved this experience, be it for a special occasion or just a family treat. Arrange directly with David.

INVERLONAN DINING is. 10 minutes from Home Farm in a car along the one road behind the house there’s a candle-lit yurt above Loch Nell hosting an off-grid and pretty magical private dining experience. One of the region’s best chefs, Tim Kensett (previously of The River Café and Goldeneye in Jamaica) prepares and cooks an 8 course dinner for 2-12 guests of entirely locally sourced produce, foraged herbs and flowers, on an open beachwood fire in a kitchen by the yurt. Sensationally creative and delicious: oysters with wild primrose; red deer from the glen with wild sorrel and 3 cornered leek braised on embers; scallops with fennel and rhubarb …. home-made cheeses, sorbets and sourdough bread – all of it beautifully presented too. The menu changes all the time, depending on what’s fresh and available in the glen and wider area.
