One of the region’s best chefs, Tim Kensett (previously of The River Café and Goldeneye in Jamaica) prepares and cooks an 8-course dinner for 2-12 guests of entirely locally sourced produce, herbs and flowers on an open beach-wood fire in a lean-to kitchen on the site. The food is sensationally creative and delicious.
